Students belongs to Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe and OBC can only avail the benefits under this E-Grantz 3.0 portal. Eligible Students who belongs to the reserved categories can visit the official website of E-Grantz 3.0 and apply for scholarship basis on Pre-matric and Post-matric. E- Grantz 3.0 portal also provides authority to institution to submit the online application form in case any student find any difficulty while submitting the form. 1) Academic Qualification :- As we have already discussed that only Pre-matric and Post-Matric students can apply for the scholarship via E-Grantz 3.0 portal. The other important aspect is that students must have 75% attendance every month.

2) Domicile :- Eligible one should be a citizen of Kerala State.

3) Categories Eligibility :- Students belongs to Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, Other Backward Class, Social Backward Communities, Economically Backward Communities can only avail the schemes and Scholarship benefits under E-Grantz 3.0 portal.

4) Annual Income Criteria :- There is no Income Criteria for People belongs to Schedule Caste and Other eligible communities. For other categories, annual income limit should be Rs 1 Lakh.

5) Courses Eligible Criteria :- Courses one can avail are Degree, Diploma, Higher Secondary, Post Graduate, Polytechnic etc.

E-Grantz 3.0 - Online Registration for Scholarship :-

If you want to fill the Online Application form for scholarship form, you must have registered yourself on E-Grantz 3.0 portal. Follow the below simple steps for Online registration :-

• Visit the E-Grantz 3.0 official website.
• On the homepage, you will see the option of "One Time Registration".

• Click on that option.
• You will redirected to new web page now.

• You will be asked to enter Aadhaar Number and Name (as in Aadhaar).
• Key in the details asked.
• Once done, click on "Validate Aadhaar" button.
• As soon as you click on the button, a new web page open on your screen.
• A registration form will open on your screen now.
• Enter the details asked i.e mobile number, email id, birth date and login Password.
• Once done, click on "Register" option.

Note : Your email id will be your Username/User Id.

E-Grantz 3.0 - Online Application Procedure :-

Once successfully registered, you can apply online for Scholarship via E-Grantz 3.0 Portal.

Follow the below given simple steps for online application process for Scholarship:-

• Visit the Official website of E-Grantz 3.0.
• Click on the option "Students Login" available on the home page of the website.

• Click on that option.
• You will be redirected to "Students Login" page.
• Key in essential credentials i.e your email id and Login password.

• Once done, click on Sign In button.
• You will see the option of "Profile" on the main page.
• Click on that and complete the profile.
• There are 5 sections needs to complete namely 1) Basic Details 2) Other details 3) Bank Details 4) Upload details and 5) Institution details.
• Once you done with profile part, you can apply for scholarship application.
• Click on the "Apply for Scholarship Post Matric" option.
• You will see a list of scholarship.
• Choose the one you want to apply for.
• Complete the application form.
• Fill all the asked details.
• Upload all the required documents.
• Once done with all above steps, click on submit button.

E-Grantz 3.0 - Track the Application Status :-

Applicant can also track their application status via E-Grantz 3.0 portal. Follow the below simple steps in order to track your application Status:-

• Visit the E-Grantz 3.0 Official website.
• Click on "Track Application" option.
• You will asked to enter "Aadhaar Number and Birth date"
• Once entered, click on Track Application button.
• You will have your application status on your screen now.

E-Grantz 3.0 - Stipend Rates Details :-

For Schedule Castes and Other Economic Castes :-

• Rs 630 :-  Below 8 kms from residence
• Rs 750 :- Above 8 kms from residence
• Rs 1500 :- for those who are pursing professional courses and reside at their own.

For Other Backward Classes:-

• Rs 160 :- for those who are undergoing +2 courses
• Rs 100 :- for those who are undergoing polytechnic courses (Rs 150 for Hostellers).
• Rs 200 :- for those who are undergoing Professional Courses and Post Graduate courses (Rs 250 for hostellers).
