The State Government of Tamil Nadu has executed and implemented a unique financial & Human resource management system for the State government employees and named it as "IFHRMS" which stands for "Integrated Financial & Human Resource Management System". The main objective behind the execution of "IFHRMS" is to make sure that all the government transactions are maintained and rationalized in better way as well as on real time basis which results in reducing the job or assignment of other departments.

IFHRMS proves to be a beneficial system especially for accounts and treasury department. IFHRMS helps in budget preparation stuff too.

IFHRMS Login :- How to Login into IFHRMS ?

If you are looking for how to login in to IFHRMS, follow the below simple steps :-

Visit the official website of IFHRMS i.e https://www.karuvoolam.tn.gov.in.
On the home page of the website, you will see the option of "User Login".

Enter the essential credentials like User name and Password.
Once done, click on Sign In option.

IFHRMS Login - For Pensioners :-

If you falls under Pensioners list, follow the below steps for login in to IFHRMS:-

Visit the IFHRMS Official website.
You will see the Login option on homepage of the website.
Select the User type as "Pensioners".

You will be asked to enter the PPO Number.
Enter your credentials i.e User id and Login password.
Click on Sign in button now.

IFHRMS Login : Forget Password :-

In case someone forget the Login password, he/she can retrieve the same by following the below simple steps:-

Visit the IFHRMS Official website.
You will see the Login/Sign In option.
Click on "Forget Password" option.

As soon as you click on the Forget Password option, you will be re-directed to below page.

Key in User id for Employee and PPO & User id for Pensioner user type.
Enter the Captcha Code.
Click on Verify button.
New Login Password will be sent on user registered mobile number.
One can use the user id and new Login password for IFHRMS Login purpose.

Below listed departments has been added under IFHRMS by the State Government of Tamil Nadu. The state government employees can visit the IFHRMS official website and avail the below mentioned services:-

IFHRMS Employee Pay Slip Download :-

If you are looking for how to download the IFHRMS Employee Pay slip, follow the below simple steps:-

Visit the official website of IFHRMS.
Login with essential credentials i.e User name and Password.
Once you logged in, a web page will open on your system screen.
You will see the option of "Report" there.
Click on "Report" option.
You will see the "Pay Slip" option here.
You will be asked to select the Month/Period for which Pay slip required.
Once the Pay period selected, you will have your regular monthly payslip on your screen.
Click on the link to download the IFHRMS Employee Pay Slip.

IFHRMS Challan creation Procedure :-

If you want to create a challan Via IFHRMS Portal, follow the below simple steps:-

Visit the IFHRMS Official website.
Click on "Challan Creation/Payment" option.

Click on Challan Creation/Payment option.
Below web page will open on your device screen now.

Enter the details asked in the Challan form.
Once done, click on submit button.

IFHRMS Challan Search Procedure:-

Follow the below simple steps for Challan Search :-

Visit the IFHRMS Official website.
Click on "Challan Creation/Payment option.
You will see a option of "Search Challan" on new web page.
Click on that option.

Enter the details asked like Challan Number, Contact number and Captcha Code.
Once done with above steps,click on search button.
You will have all the details on your screen now.

IFHRMS ESR Login:-

In order to login under the IFHRMS ESR, follow the below given simple steps:-

First of all, navigate the IFHRMS ESR official website https://esrtpj.karuvoolam.tn.gov.in/#.

Select any city as per your requirement.
As soon as you click on city name, below web page will open on your screen.

Enter TO/PAO Code.
Key in DDO Code.
Enter the Login Password.
Once done with above steps,click on Login button.

IFHRMS ESR : How to Apply for TN Treasury Data Digitization?

Once you successfully logged in,you will see a portal named "TN Treasury Data Digitization App" on the home page. You can see four options here :-

List of the Employees.
Employee Search.
Bring in Employee.
Report for Bring in/Transfer Employee.

IFHRMS ESR - Employee List Download :-

In order to download the list of employees,follow the below given steps:-

Click on very first option i.e Employee List - Download
Click on Download option.
Employee list will be downloaded in excel format.
Details available under Employee List are :- Designation, Digitized SR Number, Employee name, SR number, Submitted Date and many more such details.

IFHRMS ESR - Bring in/Transfer Employee Procedure :-

Follow the below simple steps for Bring in Employee under IFHRMS ESR Portal:-

Visit the IFHRMS ESR Portal.
Click on "Bring in/Transfer Employee" option.
You will be asked to enter Transfer from TO/PAO Code.
Key in transfer from DDO Code.
Now enter the SR Number.
You will see the option of "Get Employee Details"
Click on that option.
You will be asked to confirm Name,DOB & TO Code.
Once confirmed, click on Bring in Employee option.
