An integrated financial management and information system has been launched by the Telangana State Government which is named as "IFMIS Telangana". The objective behind the execution of this financial system is to facilitate online services for Telangana State Government employees. With the help of IFMIS Telangana-financial and information system, one can access his/her personal details and check their monthly payslip too. The IFMIS Telangana also enables the employee to download the employee payslip in different formats. Interested users can visit the treasury.telangana.gov.in portal and view as well as download their payslip.

  • You will have two options by which you can download Payslip : 1) Via Employee Code and 2) Account Number
  • Choose the one as per your convenience.
  • Enter either Employee Code or Account Number basis on your Search By Selection.
  • Key in Captcha Code.

IFMIS Telangana :- How to View Cyber Challan Details?


If you want to download the Cyber Challan Details Online, follow the below given steps:-
  • On the homepage of the IFMIS Telangana website, you will see the option of "Cyber Treasury".
  • Click on that option.
  • You will see two more options under Cyber Treasury.
  • Click on Cyber Challan Details option.
  • You can Search the Cyber Challan details either by Challan Number or by Department.
  • Choose the one option from drop down as per your convenience.
  • Enter Challan Number or Department Code & Department TransID to fetch the Cyber Challan report.
  • Click on Submit button now.
  • You will have Cyber Challan Report on your screen now.

IFMIS Telangana - How to generate Challan through IFMIS Telangana?

  • Click on "Challan Form" option under the Challan Section.
  • You will be re-directed to below web page.

  • Select the treasury from the drop down.
  • You will now be asked to select the Sub-Treasury.
  • Enter DDO Code now.
  • Once you entered DDO Code, you will be asked to enter few more details as shown in below image:-


  • Once done with the above steps, click on Print Challan Option.
